Sessions for DHM Graceful Age group- second session

The second session of two days was held in Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore for DHMs of Goa and Karnataka region. The main topics were on growing old gracefully, spirituality of Ageing, Health care and sharing of life experiences by three senior citizens who are very active and involved in social work.
